Our Hiring Process

We believe it’s important for you to know where you stand in our hiring process. Below is an outline of the steps we take to make the best hires possible.

Apply: Submit your resume for one of our job openings via email to hire@tqcteam.com

Our Talent Team and our partner – Total Quality Consulting (TQC Team) will review your submitted information and will call or email successful applicants for an interview as soon as possible.

In-Person Interview: After a screening call with TQC, we’ll invite a final number of candidates to our office for an in-person interview or set up a live Zoom meeting with the hiring manager(s).

If we believe that you have what it takes, we'll make an offer and provide the next steps in the hiring process!


Job title: Collections Specialist Full Time

Work Location: Alexandria, Virginia

Division/Department: Collections

Reports to: Collections Manager

Job Summary: This position reports directly to the Collections Manager. This position is responsible for the control of late and/or delinquent accounts assigned to them; making follow-up phone calls and sending correspondence necessary to manage accounts and help members meet their financial commitments to the Credit Union.

Job title: Financial Services Assistant - Full Time

Work Location: Assigned Location

Division/Department: Operations

Reports to: Branch Manager

Job Summary:

This position reports directly to the respective Branch Manager of assigned branch location. This position is responsible for (i) performing transaction duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds with high accuracy, (ii) presenting and explaining credit union product and services to members. Most importantly, this position will follow established procedures to handle a broad variety of member issues including, but not limited to, account maintenance, research, and problem solving.
